That’s why we offer a closing commission rebate as our way of saying thanks to the heroes of our great nation.
Our Rebate Program
The courage, commitment, and sacrifices displayed by our military forces and public servants is one that should be recognized by every citizen. While we’re just a real estate team, we strive to help our Hometown Heroes in any way we can. Offering a closing commission rebate is our way of saying thanks for all you’ve done in keeping America Safe. Our Hometown Heroes discount is available to any U.S. Military personnel, household members of eligible U.S. Military personnel (including Gold Star families), U.S. military retirees, and veterans. The discount also applies to current School Teachers, Principals, Police Personnel, Fire Personnel, Medical Personnel, and Non-Profit Employees.
What We Need from You
Even though you’ve already given us so much with your service, we need a few things from you to get the rebate. You’ll need to provide verifiable proof of your military service. This can include your Military ID card, a DD Form 214, Certificate of Release, or Discharge from Active Duty. A current paycheck or contract with the institution of your employment. Once you successfully close on your house, The Coastal Connections Team will give you a check with your rebate totaling 10% of the net commission amount.
